Here is an insight into my training; I plan to keep it up to date with what my current training load is looking like, and how many miles I'm logging for the year. If you want to know any more about my training then please feel free to drop me an email.

Completed Training Mileage 2011:

1497 miles (as of 22/06/11)

Completed Training Mileage 2010:

3000 miles (yes I did go out for an extra run just to make it to 3k)

Current Training Schedule:

I've done away with the little table that used to be here, essentially as my training varies so much from week to week and depending on what phase/period I'm in with my training. Suffice to say though that I generally AIM to train twice a day Mon-Fri, with single runs on Sat/Sun. The weekend will usually see me racing or completing a long run of 17-18mi or so. Of course this is an aim, and I usually fall short by means of having easier/shorter recovery runs and easing back with any niggles etc.
