Running, Training, Racing, Running Kit and Me

Outside of my working life I'm a runner. Not an elite runner, but since I started I've been improving reasonably well.

I run multiple races each year and try to train regularly, but most of all I enjoy learning as much as I can about training techniques, runners physiology, running kit and nutrition.

So welcome to my site. Here I intend to document my training and give personal race reports. I hope to soon be able to launch my new site which offers some training advice, discusses tips on injury treatment and injury prevention, and some advice on nutrition for runners.
